submitted by SARA S. - |Recommended: YesFirst Month Living Experience At Emerson — My first month living experience at Emerson was overall very good. Only thing I don’t like is the windows are too thin that i hear the highway noise and feel the cold breeze coming in.

submitted by Paul M. - |Recommended: YesThe Emerson Experience — I moved into The Emerson back in November of 2020 and have had a great experience so far. The staff is always very attentive to the needs of the tenants and the building is well maintained. There are amenities if you want to swim, play pool or video games, or just relax in a hammock. Surrounding the apartment building you will find a scenic pond to walk around, a dog park for your dog, and restaurants shopping nearby. If you are into grilling, they always have clean grills ready to go. You may find apartments that are more conveniently located or a bit less expensive, however, when you consider everything, I doubt you will find a better all-around apartment complex in the area.

The custodians that take care of the property are always working very hard keeping the property clean.

submitted by Guimin D. - |Recommended: YesEffectiveness Of Quiet Hour Policy — My neighbors don't follow the quiet hour policy by playing music using amplifiers from 11 pm till 1 am. It's not a significant noise that people can hear from the outside of the building, but it can make fundamental disturbance of my sleeping during every night, since our bedroom shares a wall with their living room. I hope the quiet hour policy can be conducted more effectively and everyone can follow that.
