submitted by Valerie V. - |Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — Parking is pretty hard if you leave for groceries or dinner after work, since most people are coming back and settling in. Almost tempted to just buy a reserved spot at this point. They are a wood-framed building so you can easily hear the people above you. We can hear our upstairs neighbors 24 7, not sure if they realize how heavy they stomp or they’re just inconsiderate. Other small things like poop and trash outside I know is out of their control. But altogether, we like it so far and feel safe and have a great view. Move in process was super easy thanks to Darrick.

Cons - Parking garage gets full and you're not guaranteed to park on your floor, attention to detail in finishes. Overall very happy to be here
