|Recommended: YesMy Emerson Experience — Emerson Apartments was very appealing when I moved here in August of 2019. Very good amenities, responsive management and overall a wonderful place. Then several changing events happened. The building was sold and a new management company was contracted. Additionally COVID and the restrictions arrived. These almost simultaneous events caused some difficulties at Emerson. There was little policy enforcement on parking, noise, amenities and follow up with questions concerns with management was getting poor. Now another management company has been contracted, which has a relationship with the current building owner, has taken place. So another resident portal change and all the issues with that. Fortunately some of the staff including maintenance crew has remained. I’m waiting to see what happens now. I’m hopeful about Emerson and would still recommend it. With apartment living a person needs to be patient, flexible and understanding.

|Recommended: YesGreat Building And Amenities — I would recommend living here. It’s a great, new building with excellent construction and amenities. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. This definitely is luxury living.
